BTI Wireless will be attending Northeast DAS + Small Cell Association’s Spring New York City Conference 2014

BTI Wireless will be attending the Northeast DAS & Small Cell Associations Conference in New York City on April 1, 2014.

As today’s mobile users demand access to more content and the ability to share content from nearly anywhere, infrastructure must be fortified to support and enable end-users from wherever they are. End users’ insatiable appetite for mobile content is shaping the way we need to look at our current and future technology infrastructure. According to ARC chart, there will be five million annual shipments of small cells by 2017. Mobile experts state there will be more than 16 million DAS nodes deployed through 2016.

The in-building wireless market is one of great interest to carriers looking to boost service and delivery to core clients in the most challenging signal environment. The question of how long DAS and small cell network deployments will remain dominant in a future small cell world for installations in the likes of stadiums, airports and enterprises remains a key point of contention. Active and passive DAS is projected to rise to $1.85 billion in 2015 according to ABI Research.

The Northeast DAS + Small Cell Association’s Spring conference will provide real-world insights and solutions to implementing hybrid wireless systems (sometimes referred to as heterogeneous networks) to meet today’s in-building and intra-community converging communication needs.
